Someone else is at the field and says they have it permitted.

Whenever someone else says that they have a permit for a field that we're scheduled on, you should check our permit through the documents section of your admin and verify that we have the field. 

If our permit shows that we have the field permitted, you should ask to see theirs. Most of the time they do not have a permit for the field. Many times this is because someone else in their organization scheduled them to be there when they did not have the field. The person you're speaking with likely believes that they have it reserved, but unless they can produce a permit, that says otherwise, we need to push to get the field and our games started (yes, even if it's kids using the field).
