In the regular season, yes, you can. If you've gotten to the end of your time or your innings and the game is tied, then it goes in as a tie.
If you do have time left over after completing 7 innings in a regular season game AND both captains agree, an extra inning can be played. Both captains must agree as one team could potentially lose a point in the standings if they lose.
If the game is a playoff game, then you do need to keep going.
Play the 1st extra inning as a normal inning.
Play the 2nd extra inning with a runner starting on 2nd (the last batter from the previous inning) and 1 out.
Start subsequent extra innings with runners on 2nd and 3rd and 2 outs
